In line with the ambition of elevating GUERLAIN as the most iconic and exclusive high-end Cosmetics and Perfumery House in terms of brand image and products, the REVEAL Graduate Program has been designed to provide early career talents a tailor-made and stimulating fast track journey within a very dynamic environment, in France and abroad within our key markets.

Guerlain’s graduate program offers 2 to 3 immersive rotations, one of which is a VIE, before landing in a permanent role (CDI signed from day one). Through mentoring and business training graduates gain LVMH ecosystem exposure and global mobility opportunities across markets.

They’ll engage with LVMH’s graduate network, CSR initiatives, and exclusive brand experiences. With global mobility and cross-functional exposure, they build a diverse skill set to shape Guerlain’s future.

Are you eligible to join the program?

The REVEAL Graduate Program is open to candidates with or without experience in beauty or luxury. To be eligible, you must hold a master’s degree, have a maximum of 3 years of work experience, and be fluent in English (French is a plus). We seek individuals with curiosity, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to drive change and make a positive impact. Availability to start in February or September is required.
