FENDI Management Trainees Program nurtures talents to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic luxury industry. As FENDI, the program is available in Europe, the Middle East, Greater China, the Americas, Southeast Asia & Australia, and Japan, and aims to attract and develop the next generation of retail leaders into our organization. In Greater China and South Korea, FENDI also takes part in the LVMH Retail Management Trainees program.

The program will offer you:

Over two intensive years, participants will be immersed in the world of FENDI, developing a comprehensive understanding of our retail operations and contributing directly to our strategic vision and the achievement of our ambitious business objectives. By joining FENDI’s Retail Management Trainees Program, you will undertake multiple rotational assignments. Throughout this accelerated 24-month program, you will also benefit from a dedicated onboarding process and a developmental path that includes mentorship from a senior leaders and personalized follow-up throughout your journey with regular development meetings.

Are you eligible to join the Program?

Ideally, you have discovered your interest in retail as a result of studies, internships, and/or prior professional experience. No previous knowledge in luxury is necessary to apply, but both strong product sensibility and commercial mindset are highly valued.

Candidates should also:

• Have an outstanding academic track record.
• Be available to start a full-time position according to program's opening.
• Be a native speaker or fluent in the local language according to the region, and fluent in English.
