During the three six-month rotations proposed in the Avenue Programme, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Your development journey will begin at a selected boutique, continue in the head office based in Italy, and will offer regional missions where applicable.

The Avenue Program is a bespoke journey that provides rewarding challenges and continuous guidance from the Maison’s managers. Avenue offers a comprehensive mentorship program, exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities for international mobility. The selected participant will be hired with a permanent contract and, upon successful completion of the program, will have a managerial position within the function.

If you meet the following criteria and want to join the Avenue programme, we encourage you to apply: 

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field 
• Have up to 3 years of work experience, including internships 
• Are available to work in Italy without visa sponsorship 
• Are proficient in English 
• Are willing to travel and relocate globally

Applications are currently open for the Integrated Planning Programme, focused on developing excellence in planning processes.  
As you step into the programme, your journey begins with immersive rotations in textile production, giving you hands-on exposure to the main phases of the manufacturing process. Working closely with planning teams, you will build a strong command of strategic planning and understand how it shapes our overall business performance. 

The programme will conclude with you gaining indepth understanding of retail merchandising and stock management, equipping you to make data-driven decisions that improve operational efficiency and elevate customer experience. This opportunity will enable you to strengthen your analytical abilities, interpret market trends, and grow into a strategic planner who contributes to Loro Piana’s future success within the luxury industry.
