The journey will progress over approximately 24 months with rotations based in store. 

  • 6 months of education and training in delivering exceptional client experiences
  • 3 months of exposure to operational and visual excellence
  • 3-5 months of participation on a project with the Regional Corporate team
  • 6 months of discovery in people development
  • Final rotation as an Acting Team Manager in a leadership role

Each journey is personalized to your development with the goal of transitioning into a leadership role at the end of the program.

Louis Vuitton Americas HORIZONS rotational development program is designed to provide immersive luxury retail experience, leadership development, and cross-functional exposure. The program has been tailor-made to accelerate your career in Retail leadership, immersing you into the dynamic ecosystem of our client experiences, exceptional products and high performing stores.

Are you eligible to the program?

Applicants should:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
  • Have more than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong communication skills and a drive for results
  • Have permanent authorization to work in the location associated with application
  • Be available to start working full-time on-site in location selected during the application process by June 2026.
