HORIZONS Graduate programs are 18 to 24-month rotational talent programs across Retail, Operations, Product Métiers in North Asia, South Asia, Americas, China & EMEA. Through exposure to the diverse facets of a Métier, HORIZONS prepares the leaders of tomorrow for an accelerated journey of growth. Participants rotate through different teams to gain 360° understanding of their business area.

The programs will offer you:

Every HORIZONS program offers a comprehensive fast-track path, beginning with on-the-ground experiences -in order to understand the fundamentals of the Métier - up to managerial responsibilities.

The program also entails a Maison discovery onboarding, learning and mentoring opportunities, as well as a tailor-made HR accompaniment throughout the duration of the program. HORIZONS participants have the chance to connect with their peers from around the world and engage with the Maison’s senior leadership along their journey.
