During this two-year experience on a permanent contract, Talents are immersed into the exciting and dynamic world of retail. This unique experience enables them to gain exposure to the full 360° retail vision at Dior through formalized learning, coaching from their Boutique Leader, and self-guided learning. Through this experience Talents will discover and explore both the operational and strategic perspectives of managing and operating a retail business. Upon successful completion of the program, the Talent will land in a retail management position.

During this immersive and flexible career journey, Talents join a global community of RLP members all over the world. Across regions, Talents may participate in opportunities such as seminars, workshops, group case studies, networking opportunities and more. Talents are coached and accompanied by Boutique leaders, retail teams and HR teams, who generously share their expertise and guidance.
Are you eligible to the program?
Dior is looking for Talents who are genuinely passionate about retail, leading teams and driving results. Talents coming with 1-2 years of introductory retail management experience and knowledge of a luxury retail environment is preferred, but not required.
