Marketing Intern - Zenith Watches

*** Commitment Period: Full Time from Mid-July to Dec 2025, non-negotiable**

Job responsabilities

Main Responsibilities

PR/Media

  • Compile media clipping and follow up on media tracking to measure brand exposure across the different channel different channels in collaboration with PR agencies
  • Coordinate photoshoots, track prototypes availability and ensure internal process is respected
  • Follow and prepare all materials for print and digital campaigns in collaboration with Headquarter graphic designer in due time.

Events

  • Support in the development, execution, and recap of all brand events with our internal boutique or retail partners

Trade Marketing

  • Follow and coordinate the change of visual merchandising within the trade according to brand guidelines. Follow and update our merchandising calendar for window animations
  • Keep track of ZENITH digital visibility across our retailer’s website and social media ensuring that it respects our brand guidelines and coordinate with our partners for updates as needed.
  • POS Material: manage forecasts and stocks. Submit, track and fulfill team’s requests. Organize and maintain POS Material and gift storage at the office.

Training

  • Support our Sales team developing training material when needed
  • Develop incentive program in collaboration with sales team

General Activities

  • Manage and improve organization of Marketing Team’s on-line shared files.
  • Assist Marketing Manager to follow budget files and track invoices
  • Support in meeting external vendors for potential cooperation with the brand
  • Consolidate presentations for team reports: monthly reports, best practices, etc.
  • Competitor analysis
  • Assist Sales team on ad-hoc projects upon request

 

Profile

Profile

  • Pursuing a Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Versatile profile who can manage multiple and varied tasks on short timelines.
  • Previous experience in luxury is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills in an international context.
  • Diligent and willing to learn while being able to work in autonomy.
  • Good organization skills and detailed oriented.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and positive can-do attitude with result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and good internet search skill
