About This Role:

The Commercial Coordinator of TAG Heuer Korea is responsible for supporting the operation teams and sales department in executing strategies that enhance the operational management. This role involves coordinating various commercial activities such as order management, logistics related actions, DF supporting and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external partners. This position is an individual contribution and report to the Sr. Finance & Operations Manager directly.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Order Management:
  • Portfolio management – all channels: sit in weekly LBE meetings to understand business priority
  • Overall coordination of wholesales and DF orders (order creation, backorder, stock)
  • Challenge orders content: make sure they are in line with the distribution strategy (CW, Monaco, Limited Editions…)
  • Create watch box orders for Directly operated stores & Wholesale accounts
  • Consignment watch order and report
  • Order management: daily correction of partially delivered line items
  • Weekly backorder allocation for supply constrained references
  • Monthly update of backorders as per Order Management guidelines
  • Run change and environment (BOM) and update pending orders when relevant
  • Gifts and POSM orders: consolidation from local teams including DF channel, follow-up HQ order, coordinate stock allocation to each team

 

  1. Logistics:
  • Monitor and anticipate credit limit to ensure deliveries can be done smoothly throughout the month / Statement of account to be sent with weekly BO update to customers (Check Customer Fact Sheet in VD03: due vs credit limit) / Weekly Invoicing Report with serial number
  • Liaise with log officer to ensure that all orders are dispatched within cut off times and as per commercial team’s expectations.
  • Stock requests availability check for commercial teams
  • Local client (FR/WHS) return and buyback management
  • POSM pricing maintenance
  • Participate to monthly meetings with DSV to bridge monthly performance (which would have an impact on the units shipped) and provide business insights that may be relevant to DSV + alert on any important milestones (Events, GP, Marketing push on novelties, etc..)
  • Answer daily requests from boutiques / MB / SAV on goods delivery
  • Boutique to Boutique transfers follow-up in SAP based on info provided by retail.
  1. Duty Free Channel Support
  • Communication to buyer and DF Stores for shipment, approval, and document sharing
  • DF ERP Order Creation including Price Management, Article Creation, Order Creation, Invoice Registration, Tax Invoice Upload
  • General support for DF activities.

 

Job responsabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field experience.
  • Proven experience in Logistics and/or Commercial Administration in the luxury retail industry or related sectors at least 5 years.
  • Strong understanding for retail business not only Boutiques, but also Duty Free and Wholesales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for luxury retail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal
