Based at UK Head Office in Walkden, Manchester
As a member of the UK Executive Committee, the role of Finance & Operations Director reporting to the UK Managing Director and TAG Heuer Chief Finance Officer will be responsible for the management of the Finance, Sales Operations, Logistics, IT and Aftersales departments.
Providing business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved as well as contributing to strategic planning as a member of the executive team.
Job responsabilities
- Set clear vision and goals to each team and appropriate KPIs
- To continuously review and evolve current processes
- Corporate compliance as per regulatory and legal requirements including statutory responsibilities
- Responsibility for the overall financial management of the company, including Internal reporting to both UK Board and overseas holding companies.
- Budget and forecasting process.
- Responsibility for company assets and insurances
- Develop and mentor the finance and operations team members
- Maintain relationship with banks, external auditors, legal departments, HMRC and insurers
- Management of IT function
- Management of Supply Chain (Logistics and Sales Operations)
- Management of the Aftersales (Technical Operations and Customer Services) function
- Management of overall facilities
Profile
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven senior leadership experience
- Qualified chartered accountant or equivalent
- Experience in the analysis and evaluation of performance data, both financial and operational
- At least 5 years in senior finance roles including 3-5 years experience in similar role
- Commercially astute with the ability to process complex information and able to interpret quickly
- Experience of financial governance processes, including risk management and internal audit
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Able to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with strict deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure achieving a high level of accuracy.
- Able to work flexibly, to handle change and to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrate an attitude of professionalism, conscientiousness, reliability and integrity.
- Proven ability to generate and deliver collective vision and shared purpose
