OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE :

This role will provide the opportunity contribute developing an operational base to support the business in the UK – one of our strategic key markets for LVMH BEAUTY. You will contribute to foster stronger connections between the UK market and Central, between the Maison and Shared Service Center, in the building of stronger Direct to Consumer (DTC) practices and efficient performance.

Job responsabilities

RESPONSABILITIES :

  • The Supply & Forecast Planner manages replenishment and inventory of UK warehouse as well as the service rate for all the SKUs of the brands he/she is in charge
  • Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and business insights
  • Ensuring optimal supply & demand planning using forecasting to make strategic decisions and meet customer demand effectively
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts with commercial plans and promotional activities and optimize inventory
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory receiving and manage stock levels to ensure product availability, service rate, and inventory healthiness
  • Communicate with central planning, logistics to align delivery schedules
  • Recommend actions to slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory
  • Monitor Online Customer services returns management & replacement item process
  • Participate and animate S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) monthly meeting
  • Support new product launches, transitions, and end-of-life management from a planning perspective
  • Participate warehouse optimization processes, scorecard and monthly reporting
  • Monitor POSM consumption and corrective actions to meet Finance budget by department (ECOM, Retail, CRM…)
  • Be proactive to provide continuous process improvement and costs optimization opportunities
  • Working relationships : In close collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, Central Planning, General Manager, Sales, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, ECOM team, Finance Controlling and Project Management teams

Profile

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in Supply / Logistics function, cosmetics / luxury industry would be a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
  • Autonomous, Pro-active & Team player
  • Ability to animate reviews with top management
  • Cost and results oriented, able to work within time constraints and schedules
  • Customer focus, organized and detail oriented, action oriented, active attitude, strong analysis skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and result-oriented
  • Excel and SAP expert is mandatory, PowerBI is a plus
  • Fluent in English. French is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse culture environment and embrace cultural differences

ABOUT THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT :

  • You will be hosted in a team of 20 people of Operations, within a team of 7 people of Demand & Supply Planning LVMH Beauty reporting to Demand & Supply Planning Manager
  • Office is based in Lancer Square, Central London shared with all Brands, Marketing, Finance and Operations in Multicultural environment
  • Work with LVMH Beauty passionate community, ranked #1 in UK and Top 3 market of Europe
