Job responsabilities
Mains Responsibilities Marketing:
- Support in preparation of 360 go- to- market slides and Seminar presentations for all launches and key periods in the year in collaboration with marketing manager, digital, and PR for global and internal review
- Lead novelty and promo set tracking post launch to ensure go-to-market plans are executed well through preparing launch recap
- Prepare slides for monthly business review with in-detail review on business progress, and relevant insights across all departments
- Responsible for planning & tracking of POSM usage based on trade plan & regions' needs for all retailers; Ensuring we are always on track for POSM consumption and dispatch as per stock landing projections and dispatch plan
Trade Marketing:
- Responsible for planning on counter commercial plans to support products and services across all retailers on annual basis (GWP plans/ Service Plans) and
coordinating with Services Manager, Marketing Manager, and Sephora Account Manager
- Lead the mall management activations for our boutiques from an offline and online perspective, CRMs, emailers, digital screens, banners, mall social media etc.
Commercial Support:
- Responsible for planning of launch allocations for customers for all novelties and sets in collaboration with each account manager to ensure retailer needs are fulfilled
- Owner of all Marketing Collateral including uniforms, for local market, back office, and for in-store use.
Administrative work:
- Support with Account management for all retailers with providing novelty new launch files, and online and offline assets
- Support the team in daily operations follow-up (e.g., stock fulfilment, quality issues, or any trade-related matter).
- Responsible for Marketing internal orders with respect to budget and timelines

Profile
Competencies and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a business
- 1-2 years experience in FMCG or
- Regional experience is
- Fluent English & Arabic spoken and
- Strong attention to detail, organized and good management
