We're thrilled to announce the opening for Head of HR, reporting to the Regional HR Director. As a dynamic and strategic Head of HR for our Regional Finance & Operations teams, including the Regional Finance Centre of Excellence team in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR agenda and partnering with the Regional CFO and Global Business Services Director as well as their leadership teams to deliver on business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and leading HR initiatives. You will also be part of our pursuit for continuous improvement by thinking of new creative ways to improve our organization. This role will also be impactful in bringing employees together to work towards a common goal, fostering a cohesive and motivated workforce, and significantly contributing to the overall success of the business.

Job responsabilities

How you will contribute...

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives

• Partner with Regional team to deliver regional and group initiatives

• Act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing HR insights and solutions to drive business performance

• Lead organizational development initiatives to support business growth and transformation


Business management & reporting

• Oversee HR metrics and analytics to provide insightful reporting to senior management

• Develop and manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations

• Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness

Employee Engagement

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement strategies

• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Talent Management, Development & Acquisition

• Promote a culture of continuous learning & professional development

• Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities

• Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies

• Partnering with regional Talent team on attracting and recruiting top talent

Reward & Recognition

• Oversee the annual review exercise and annual market benchmark surveys

• Develop and implement competitive benefits & recognition programs in partnership with Regional Reward team

Other Key elements

• Handle any employee relations issues fairly and timely, and provide guidance to manager on such matters

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

• Identify areas where processes can be made more efficient and optimized, as part of our continuous improvement efforts

• Establish and nurture strong partnerships and collaboration with market HR leaders and the regional HR COE teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and the effective implementation of HR strategies

• Participate in and lead other projects or tasks as required

Profile

We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have…

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering within a regional or multinational organization

• Experience in a Finance & Ops shared service centric environment will be advantageous

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Singapore

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Agility & creativity with new ideas to improve HR areas and processes
