Job responsabilities

The Moet & Hennessy’s Champagnes & Wines category Brand Ambassador will help build long term advocacy amongst the sommelier & chef community, as well as develop the footprint of the brand in key gastronomy/hotel and selected retail accounts.

 

The Brand Ambassador will have/be:

  • Exellent wine knowledge especially on Champagne, able to deliver inspiring brand storytelling, product education, engaging tasting experiences.
  • A dynamic public speaker capable of engaging their audience through captivating brand storytelling and technical drinks knowledge. Able to adapt their style to a variety of audiences ensuring that key messages are landing.
  • Embracing each Maison’s DNA and philosophy while constantly looking for commercial opportunities for MH Champagnes & Wines portfolios in terms of distribution, trade activation, and visibility.
  • Able to suggest relevant Champagnes & Wines within MH Champagnes & Wines portfolio tailored to each account and occasion.

 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Win hearts and minds of the Trade and consumers, as well as supporting Moët Hennessy sales team in winning new listings and trade activation expansion.
  • Be the face of the MH Champagnes & Wines brands
    • Educate and inspire Internal and external staff to become advocates.
      • Create engaging and informative presentations for external audiences, including clients, partners, and industry events
      • Tailor presentations to specific audiences and effectively communicate the brand's story and value proposition
    • Infiltrate communities, grow relationships and drive brand reputation with Trade influencers and KOL
    • Events (Trade, Consumer, PR), Training, Trade shows, masterclass
      • Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, such as tastings, workshops, and product launches
      • Conduct post-event surveys to gather feedback and measure event effectiveness
      • Coordinate and manage schedule of events
    • Expand digital footprint with relevant and quality contents.
  • Enhance category leadership of MH Champagnes & Wines portfolio
    • Work hand in hand with the Moët Sales team to win new listings & trade activations
      • Lead brand advocacy/membership program leveraging sommelier & chef network and professionality in F&B community
      • Define and suggest a target list and activate new opportunities
      • Drive trade activation
      • Attend customer meetings when necessary
  • A&P Spending management & monitoring for BA allocated budget
  • Brand and commercial support
    • Contribution to drive and implement Global programs in Korea market
    • Support new product and innovation projects
    • Help with Brand training tool kits as well as POSM materials
    • Support communication for cross-channel activation opportunities
    • Update monthly with a qualitative and quantitative report (results, trends, …)
    • Suggest and find efficient activation opportunities
    • Keep an eye and check whether customers are recommending and serving our brands as intended

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in related fields
  • Strong wine knowledge – WSET Level 3 preferred
  • Excellent understanding of luxury brand business
  • Affinity to retail experience is an advantage
  • Experience in trade marketing/ retail marketing/ category management is required
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of commercial sense with value-added solution mindset; customer focused
  • Creative thinking and flexibility – ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong inter-personal skills to operate in a team environment and cross functionally
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Proactive, highly motivated, energetic, ability to respond quickly and effectively
  • Attentive to details and results-oriented
  • An appreciation of luxury, quality, lifestyle and comfortable with the drinking environment
  • Fluency in Korean & English
