Retail Excellence Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover)

As the Retail Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing strategies to drive exceptional performance across our Korea retail network, supporting Retail excellence team. • Position: Retail Excellence Specialist(Maternity Leave Cover) - Dispatched contract
• Department: Retail Excellence & Operations
• Location: Seoul Office (Jung-gu)

• Execute retail excellence plan to achieve target sales for each store
• Achieve a high and consistence level of retail standards across all stores in accordance with store level and sales staff level
• Monitor the stores KPI and analysis the business trend in supporting stakeholders and store teams
• Support to the retail team help build the stores performance goals and drive performance across sales, retail KPIs.
• Take a proactive role in local projects and execute business initiatives in Retail excellence team.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.

• Experience: +2 years of experience in retail excellence, retail support, or any relevant.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skill:

• Extensive knowledge of luxury industry or retail industry.
• Proven track record of driving retail excellence and achieving business results.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skill, with the ability to translate insights into actional plan.
• Proficient analytic skill in Microsoft, Power BI or relevant tools.

Personality:

• Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical mindset.
• Excellent problem solving and communicating skill.
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English for both verbal and write.
