Job responsabilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with VICs by providing exceptional client experience events, activities and in-store animations. 
  • Implement strategies to enhance client experience and increase client loyalty.
  • Support the execution of effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Improve client segmentation, profiling and targeting to recruit new high potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the Private Client Relation (PCR) & Events team or external third parties to create strategies and experiences.
  • Partner with other teams on planning exclusive events to recruit new clients, upgrade existing clients, and reactivate lapsed clients for LVMS.
  • Ensure LV standards are applied and maintained across the client experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors, analyzing and recommending areas for business development and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Manage budgeting and cost control for all activities with relevant teams, monitoring results and profitability.
  • Support and execute with related staffs to provide exceptional client experiences for LVMS private client relations.

Profile

  • Experience: 7+ years     
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field may be preferred. 
  • Previous experience in F&B management or VIC treatment, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment, is required.    
  • Experience with menu development, vendor management, and financial analysis beneficial.  
  • Relevant training in F&B management or culinary arts also be beneficial.

Skill:     

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with teams, communicate with clients, and negotiate with vendors. 
  2. Strong leadership skills, including decision-making, problem-solving, and delegation skills are needed.
  3. Exceptional client service skills are required to provide a personalized experience for VICs, and to build strong relationship that drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
