PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

In order to support the growth of FENTY BEAUTY, FENTY SKIN & FENTY HAIR, the Visual Merchandising Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Visual Merchandising & Animation Manager in deploying the European merchandising strategy in coordination with the US teams and the retailer.

Job responsabilities

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1) In-Store Merchandising Excellence

  • Management of store allocation files - Europe Scope
  • Development of merchandising plans using IWD software (Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair)
  • Assist the VM team in creating artworks for the 3 brands
  • Creation of merchandising books for each update (Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair)
  • Conduct competitive analysis (Department Stores, SEPHORA Champs Elysées, etc.)
  • Ensure VM after-sales service for the 3 brands in collaboration with our supplier and European Retail teams

2) Trade Animation

  • Management of store allocation files for each animation in collaboration with the Retail and Brand Europe teams
  • Create photo reports of new installations for the brand and competitors
  • Assist the team with corner developments

 

 

Profile

PROFILE

With a degree (Bac +4/5) in Marketing/Merchandising, you have already completed a merchandising internship during which you have developed solid project management skills.

Organised, rigorous and reliable, you can think ahead. Your eye for aesthetics and your interest in the world of cosmetics are essential in carrying out your assignments.

Your knowledge of Illustrator and Indesign would be a plus.

Fluent English is essential for daily exchanges with your contacts in Europe and the US.
