The program provides early professionals with a passion for people, the opportunity to be exposed and thrive in our transformative HR function and prepare for a fulfilling and purposeful HR Leadership career at LVMH.

The Program will offer you

You will start with a permanent contract on a 2-year journey that consists of 3 operational and strategic 8-month rotations across our unique ecosystem. Throughout the course of the program, you will be empowered to develop your fundamental HR skills, cultivate a business mindset, and grow your leadership potential.

You will gain extensive hands-on experience in various fields, such as: scouting top Talents, crafting Talents’ career path, shadowing a retail HRBP, supporting people transformation projects, showcasing our HR data roadmap, or engaging in our CSR and D&I initiatives...

Additionally, your accelerated development journey is tailored to align with your personal strengths, growth potential, and, most importantly, your aspirations. We provide:

Are you eligible to join the Program?

This program requires no prior HR experience and is designed to identify candidates with strong Leadership potential, a passion for people and business transformation, as well as a true fit for the luxury industry and LVMH culture. You are welcomed to apply if you meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Master’s degree
  • Maximum 3 years of working experience
  • English with professional fluency, French highly valuable
  • Experiences abroad
