During three six-month rotations proposed in Avenue Program, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Your development journey will begin at a selected boutique, continue in the head office based in Italy and will offer regional missions where applicable.

The program will offer you :

Avenue Manager In Training program is a bespoke journey, that provides rewarding challenges and continuous guidance from the Maison’s managers. Avenue offers a comprehensive mentorship program, exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities for international mobility. The selected participant will be hired with a permanent contract and by the successful completion of the program will have a managerial position within the function.

Are you eligible to join the Program?

If you meet the following criteria and want to join the Avenue program, we encourage you to apply:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Have up to 3 years of work experience, including internships
• Are available to work in Italy without visa sponsorship
• Are proficient in English
• Are willing to travel and relocate globally
