Launched in 2024, the LVMH Korea Retail Management Trainee Program was designed to continuously develop, empower, and engage with the next generation at their early career stage. The program aims to grow future retail leaders for LVMH and build long-term career visibility for young talents in Korea.

The program includes a rotation scheme with defined durations and timelines, ensuring comprehensive exposure to various aspects of retail management.

Trainees will gain mission-critical skills in areas such as selling, leadership, clienteling, communication, team engagement and management, and providing constructive feedback.

Upon completion, typical landing jobs for trainees include mid-level management roles in stores, such as Store Supervisor or Team Manager. Additionally, the program fosters strong community networks with Store Managers, Maison HRs, Senior Leaders, and Retail Leaders, providing ample opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Upon completing the two-year program, you will be well-prepared to unlock your full potential in a mid-level management position within our stores.

By growing horizontally across Maisons, you will gain exposure within the Group, obtain more possibilities for landing, and learn about the Group's diversified retail ecosystem. By growing vertically through individual Maisons, you will gain targeted learning opportunities, develop thinking with flexibility, and acquire proven experience in responding to the business.
