Discover how LVMH reaffirms its commitment to equal opportunity by celebrating cultural diversity, local creativity and transmission of know-how

A symbolic 20th edition
Created in 2005, the Cultures & Creation Fashion Show has become a stage for amateur designers and models to showcase their talent. In 2025, LVMH has celebrated fifteen years in supporting the Show, which marked its 20th edition.
The show gathered 150 designers from 40 countries under the theme "Peace in Every Stitch." Held at the Domaine Formigé in Seine-Saint-Denis, in France, the event welcomed 2,000 guests in an immersive and symbolic setting.
Encouraging local creativity
“The Cultures & Creation Fashion Show represents a genuine opportunity for encounters between fashion and creation enthusiasts, both amateurs and professionals. We are committed to translating LVMH’s commitments to equal opportunities in concrete ways,” said Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Group Chief Human Resources Officer, LVMH.
“This fifteen-year commitment has been built with local stakeholders in support of their actions, driven by shared values: inclusion, excellence, and the transmission of knowledge,” added Olivier Théophile, Group SVP Social Engagement, LVMH.
Two juries rewarded outstanding young participants:
- The Couture Jury awarded the Young Talent Prize to Savanah Cherki and the Emerging Talent Prize to Kélian Primeon.
- The Beauty Jury awarded the Beauty Prize to Flavy Caldas Amorim.

Maisons at the heart of the initiative
As every year, LVMH's Maisons played an active role before and during the show:
- Masterclasses in sewing, makeup, and runway techniques for more than 200 participants, led by teams from Christian Dior Couture, Guerlain, Kenzo, La Samaritaine, and choreographer Ben Dos.
- Support for candidates on the day of the show, with makeup artists from Guerlain styling the models.
- Fabric donations from Dior Couture, Berluti and Kenzo to foster creativity among amateur designers.

A long-term commitment
The Fashion Show is part of LVMH’s broader CSR strategy, especially in Seine-Saint-Denis, a region marked by significant inequalities in access to employment and training.
LVMH's key initiatives include:
- Immersive internships: 200 opportunities offered each year to middle and high school students.
- You & ME program: launched in 2015 in Clichy-sous-Bois, to promote Métiers d’Excellence through workshops and meetings with artisans and recruiters.
- LIVE (L’Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi): created in 2019 to support adults over 25 in building new career paths through personalized guidance.
Through these initiatives, and with the Cultures & Creation Fashion Show at its heart, LVMH continues to promote inclusion, creativity, and equal opportunity for future generations.
